Vyhod\u00edme v\u0161echno nezdrav\u00e9 j\u00eddlo, kter\u00e9 jsme jedli, u\u017e nekupujeme b\u00edl\u00fd chl\u00e9b, zapom\u00edn\u00e1me, co je pizza, hranolky a dal\u0161\u00ed rychl\u00e9 ob\u010derstven\u00ed. U\u017e nejdeme do cukr\u00e1rny pro sladkosti nebo koblihy, proto\u017ee rafinovan\u00fd cukr, kter\u00fd obsahuj\u00ed, jako\u017e i sladkosti obecn\u011b, jsou p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou v\u011bt\u0161iny nemoc\u00ed. Pak tak\u00e9 odm\u00edt\u00e1me lepek, ml\u00e9ko, ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky a dal\u0161\u00ed zpracovan\u00e9 produkty.  Fit, eco, bio, raw \u010casem to bude t\u011b\u017e\u0161\u00ed, proto\u017ee \u010dten\u00ed etiket a kontrola slo\u017eek zakoupen\u00e9ho j\u00eddla nesta\u010d\u00ed. Nakupov\u00e1n\u00ed v m\u00edstn\u00edm obchod\u011b nebo dokonce v supermarketu se nakonec m\u016f\u017ee st\u00e1t nemo\u017en\u00fdm, proto\u017ee neexistuj\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 produkty, kter\u00e9 by spl\u0148ovaly na\u0161e o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed. Za\u010dneme tedy nakupovat pouze v obchodech se zdravou v\u00fd\u017eivou, j\u00edst v\u00fdrobky pouze z ekologick\u00e9ho zem\u011bd\u011blstv\u00ed nebo si je dokonce p\u011bstovat sami. Rovn\u011b\u017e va\u0159\u00edme a p\u0159ipravujeme v\u0161echna j\u00eddla sami. Vyr\u00e1b\u00edme na\u0161e jogurty (pokud jsme ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky neodm\u00edtli) nebo si vyrob\u00edme vlastn\u00ed rostlinn\u00e9 ml\u00e9ko (ve vegansk\u00e9 verzi), p\u011bstujeme \u0159e\u0159ichu a jin\u00e9 bylinky na parapetu nebo na balk\u00f3n\u011b, pe\u010deme chl\u00e9b (pokud jsme se nevzdali lepku), a samoz\u0159ejm\u011b pijeme pouze (pramenit\u00e1) voda. \u017d\u00e1dn\u00e9 j\u00eddlo mimo domov Za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1me se vyh\u00fdbat j\u00eddlu, nechod\u00edme do restaurac\u00ed, a nakonec o\u017eel\u00edme i rodinn\u00e9 ob\u011bdy (co kdy\u017e babi\u010dka dala do pol\u00e9vku kostku bujonu?!).
