Koneckonc\u016f sucha n\u00e1sledovan\u00e1 dlouhodob\u00fdmi p\u0159\u00edvalov\u00fdmi de\u0161ti a extr\u00e9mn\u00ed projevy po\u010das\u00ed jako jsou hurik\u00e1ny \u010di torn\u00e1da i v\u00a0m\u00edstech, kde se d\u0159\u00edve nevyskytovaly, rozhodn\u011b nejsou nic p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9ho.\u00a0Je tedy jen pochopiteln\u00e9, \u017ee se lid\u00e9 sna\u017e\u00ed st\u00e1le v\u00edce n\u00e1sledky tohoto procesu zvr\u00e1tit, nebo alespo\u0148 zm\u00edrnit. To v\u0161e je pravda, av\u0161ak je zde i ono \u201eale\u201c. Situace zkr\u00e1tka nen\u00ed tak \u010dernob\u00edl\u00e1, jak se zd\u00e1.\u00a0V\u00a0prvn\u00ed \u0159ad\u011b je zde fakt, \u017ee a\u010dkoliv stromy skute\u010dn\u011b produkuj\u00ed kysl\u00edk a sni\u017euj\u00ed obsah oxidu uhli\u010dit\u00e9ho, nen\u00ed tento efekt a\u017e tak velk\u00fd, jak by se mohlo zd\u00e1t. Fotosynt\u00e9za toti\u017e funguje pouze v\u00a0dob\u011b, kdy sv\u00edt\u00ed Slunce. V\u00a0noci se proces obr\u00e1t\u00ed, tedy strom absorbuje kysl\u00edk a produkuje oxid uhli\u010dit\u00fd. A vzhledem k\u00a0pom\u011bru zelen\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti s\u00a0chlorofylem k\u00a0celkov\u00e9mu objemu stromu se cel\u00fd proces prakticky vyrovn\u00e1 \u2013 jednodu\u0161e \u0159e\u010deno, co strom vyrob\u00ed b\u011bhem dne, v\u00a0noci spot\u0159ebuje.\u00a0\u00a0Pokud jde o sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed teploty, pak ano, pod stromem je skute\u010dn\u011b chladn\u011bji. Je to d\u00edky procesu evaporace, kdy se z\u00a0list\u00ed odpa\u0159uje voda, d\u00edky \u010demu\u017e se ochlazuje vzduch \u2013 na podobn\u00e9m principu funguje i na\u0161e pocen\u00ed. Ov\u0161em tento efekt je skute\u010dn\u011b jen velmi, velmi lok\u00e1ln\u00ed, v\u00a0podstat\u011b jen pod dan\u00fdm stromem, a a\u010dkoliv je rozhodn\u011b p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00fd, na celkovou teplotu p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 vlivu nem\u00e1.\u00a0Co se zadr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed vody t\u00fd\u010de, tak ano, p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm ve sva\u017eit\u00fdch krajin\u00e1ch funguj\u00ed v\u00a0tomto ohledu velmi dob\u0159e. Av\u0161ak v\u00a0t\u011bch rovinat\u00fdch jsou mnohem lep\u0161\u00ed mok\u0159ady a inunda\u010dn\u00ed \u00fazem\u00ed. Ty toti\u017e dok\u00e1\u017e\u00ed zadr\u017eet vody podstatn\u011b v\u00edce.\u00a0Je tedy vid\u011bt, \u017ee ani vysazov\u00e1n\u00ed strom\u016f nen\u00ed tak skv\u011bl\u00fdm \u0159e\u0161en\u00edm, jak by se mohlo zd\u00e1t.
